Ministry of Justice, Process Evaluation of HMP Doncaster Payment by Results Pilot

 Carney Green was commissioned by the Ministry of Justice Analytical Services to deliver a longitudinal research and process evaluation of the HMP Doncaster Payment by Results (PbR) pilot. In total, over 170 interviews were conducted with senior stakeholders, delivery staff, partner agencies, volunteers and offenders. Three reports were published over the lifetime of the evaluation, with the third and final report being published in July 2015.
